Process Intelligence – Making it actionable!
With the continuous pressure on digitisation and efficiency to improve the service quality, it is more important than ever to manage the portfolio of business processes as a portfolio of descriptions and drawings that are editable and managed collaboratively. However, while some still struggle to get the transparent view outside the office of architecture (or their walls), others have already invested in collaborative solutions where all people within an organization may view, edit or contribute to the best modelling of the business – and these are now taking the next step: How to analyse the process landscape to get insights to digital improvement areas. How to simulate and build intelligence to improve the digital journey.
The seminar has a key note from Proces Director of Maersk Drilling, Henrik Holde, who will present the way of working with process excellence at Maersk Drilling.
Then the event will provide insight to process management and process intelligence. The seminar will be held in English and presents the concept of managing process management and lifting this to the next level with process intelligence using a modern digital platform.
Recently, we have seen a lot of effort to talk GDPR and processing, still only a few organisations have been able to link this data processing to business processes and applications portfolio management as an ongoing process. This will also be demonstrated.
A key-note from CEO of Signavio, Gero Decker, will put focus to the success of process intelligence and perspectives of the strategic partnership between Signavio and Staun&Stender.
Demonstrations of process management and process analysis to bring process intelligence will be covered.
The seminar will also focus on the use-case of digital governance in alignment with process intelligence, featuring a use-case of applying MooD and Signavio to fuel the digital strategy execution.
The event completes with lunch and networking. Limited seats available.
